Today Constantia and Shasmida mixed
dishwashing soap into our paints and made bubbles by blowing air into it with a
straw. The children were delighted with the effect…of course they wanted to try
it! We decided to let Etienne and the teachers do it this time round though, as sucking and
blowing through a straw can still be confused by the younger kiddies and we don’t want
them to get a mouth full of soapy paint! Annabelle and Toinee enjoyed exploring the sensation of the bubbles with their hands.
They then scooped the bubbly paint onto
their pages to create Bubble Art!
