Pottery Day

Some awesome fun here at Tots and Tales today...first we had Michelle who did pottery with the kids and then the children did a fantastic colour sorting job with blocks on our "colour Train". Great fine-motor explorations with our absorption activity on the sensory mirrors interspersed with oodles of free-play. Well done gang!

Swimming, Absorbtion a d 3D Art Day

First day back! The swimming crew came to pick them up for their lesson and once back at school, they had oodles of fun exploring the absorption qualities of cotton wool. They dripped dyed water onto the sensory mirror and dabbed it up with cotton wool...really cool stuff! They also created 3D art on the sticky side of contact by pasting lego's, wooden blocks, foam letters etc. Really great exploration exercise. Great exploring everyone! It is going to be a superb term ;)
