Lots of wonderful, sensory activities this week! After some recap on our shapes, the tots did some tree rubbings on big pieces of paper wrapped around the trees, experimenting with texture and colour. They also did some great hand painting on the sheets afterwards! We did a great cooperation activity of tracing each other on a big sheet of paper and painting ourselves. This is also good for body awareness and identification of body parts.Fun fine motor excercises with peeling and pasting stickers on zig-zak and curvy lines and a lovely, sensory letter identification activity where we built letters with clay and traced them with our fingers.
