The very last day of the year at Tiny Tots and Tall Tales. The children have blossomed this year...we are so incredibly proud of them and feel blessed to have been able to witness their incredible development and achievements. What a special group of munchkins we have!
We hired a Merry-Go-Round little train for the tots and it was a real hit! They literally couldn't get enough of it! A shared end-of-year picnic in the tree-house was a lovely way to end off the day. Thank you parents for contributing towards the snacks!
Have a wonderful and safe holiday everyone...looking forward to seeing you in 2016! School is re-opening on Monday the 11th of January 2016.

Gingerbreadman baking day
Today we honored the time-old tradition of baking spiced biscuits at Christmas time! The tots had a ball measuring out flour, sugar, syrup and spices; breaking eggs and stirring and whisking away. Their ginger bread men came out beautifully…they decorated them with organic raisons. Excellent work gang!

Popsicle Tree Craft Day
In addition to lots of playing and exploring today, the tots made a fun Christmas craft where they built a triangle on contact plastic with popsicle sticks, forming a Christmas tree. This requires quite a bit of concentration and fine-motor skills and they did very well! After building their tree the children decorated it with tinsel from our Christmas sensory basket.
