Elsje started Tiny Tots and Tall Tales in 2014. She is a visionary with over 14 years teaching experience in different systems, a passionate educator and mother of two. 




Constantia Tjijenda
Head Teacher

Constantia is the loving, rock solid foundation of our Educare Centre. She is busy finishing her Montessori Qualification part-time. She provides the children with a warm safety net of comfort; they know that they can always come to her when they are feeling the need for comfort or even just a cuddle. Constantia is in charge of the day's activities. She sets up in the morning, prepares the daily activities and of course, shares in the children's triumphs and challenges, their joys and sadness, explorations and adventures during their day.



 
Shasmida Eiases
Teacher 










Shasmida is the energetic, playful and brave young person that no child can resist! You will often find her in the tree house, dancing with the children or crawling through an imaginary tunnel with some of our adventurous explorers. Shasmida is studying child psychology through a renowned South African University online whilst working at Tiny Tots. We are incredibly proud of her and feel blessed to have her as part of our team! 

Vanessa Venter
Kindermusik Teacher

Vanessa teaches Kindermusik at our little school. She is adored by all the children and her subject is absolutely crucial to our curriculum as it develops hand-eye coordination, early music reading skills and building turn taking skills. It also creates the environment for children to develop fine-motor skills, balance and coordination, auditory discrimination, listening, literacy and attention skills. Most importantly, it is FUN and the children love doing it.

Adolfine Gamatham
Assistant Teacher







Adolfine has many years of Kindergarten experience and it shows in her effortless comfort and connection with the children. She always has a smile ready for the little ones and doesn't mind at all getting her hands dirty! The children feel comfortable and safe with Adolfine....she is a treasured member of our team!



Tracey Gamatham
Teacher

Tracey is finishing her Montessori Teaching Qualification part-time whilst working at Tiny Tots. She is a warm and welcoming personality whom the children love! Tracey is always taking initiative and adds a beautiful spark to the every day running of the school.

Nicky Witte
Monkeynastix Teacher










Nicky teaches our much-loved Monkeynastix classes. Her goal is to see children fit, confident and happy. She strives to develop healthy self-image, motor-skills, general fitness, speed and agility and strength and flexibility. The children have so much fun with Nicky! We are very grateful for her energetic and creative approach to teaching them these skills.

Manasse Lamba
Assistant Teacher

Manasse is our wonderful, soft-spoken and warm-hearted assistant. Manasse is wonderful at making children feel safe, valued and understood. Her tireless efforts to assist in activities and all situations makes her an absolute treasure addition to our staff.
