Jelly, Scissors and Butter Knives Exploration Day

Today the tots had a fantastic, sensory time, digging into different coloured jelly on our mirror. They cut the jelly into cubes with butter knives, they cut it with scissors, (a lovely, non-threatening way of learning to use scissors) mixed the colours with their fingers and, of course, sampled the different flavors as they explored!

We did our lovely Montessori Name/Letter matching activity and the children can do it almost entirely on their own! Well done gang!
