Christmas tree decorating and swimming day

Hi folks! This post includes both Friday and today's pictures...I took my son to the coast this weekend to escape the heat! On Friday the Tots decorated the Christmas tree...they had a fantastic time! Christmas decorations are so much fun to investigate up close; so many different textures to explore, delightful glittery stuff, super reflections and sensations! The children showed off their terrific fine-motor skills in hanging delicate little threads over fragile branches. They were also very proud to hang their own, hand made ornaments!

Today the children had their very first swimming lesson! They were absolutely terrific. Everyone went into the water and ended up having a wonderful time. Our teachers were very happy with the way the swimming instructors dealt with the children.
