Monkeynastix and construction day

Absolutely fantastic construction happening at tots and tales at the moment. Many years back I taught at an alternative school focussed on holistic child development and nurturing creativity and they had a whole room filled with loose parts, glue, tape, paint, and, essentially, junk. The kids were let loose in this room once a day to create absolutely anything they felt like. There is no better way to stimulate young imaginations than to give them a free, open opportunity with parts to create anything from a spaceship to a mouse trap. I see the boys collaborated on a very exciting looking project...well done gang! They painted the lovely big box Ezra's mommy donated, painted and printed bubble wrap and did a stellar job hammering in golf pegs into play dough.
Monkeynastix looks like it was fun!
