Unfortunately our beans have composted themselves due to our Namibian heat! Luckily we had a control group that we kept in the kitchen, and we’ll just keep checking up on them daily. Shasmida showed the children a dried bean as well as beans that have started sprouting a root. The kids were fascinated! She drew a lovely big picture of the bean and its root during circle time.
