Today the boys made "lava lamps" by putting baby oil and food colouring in a zip lock bag. It is an interesting activity where children can observe the patterns as the food colouring zips around. It is a very tactile activity, squishing the bag to cause various patterns to form...Harry absolutely loved it and Ettienne really didn't like the sensation! He did like the tent in the living room for a secret hide-out though!
