Dinosaur week 1

Our New term started with a bang! Our theme for the next three weeks is DINOSAURS! The children love it. This week we had a dinosaur sensory exploration table which was very popular, did a super fun sensory activity where the tots melted frozen dinosaur eggs with warm water to reveal the newly hatched dinosaur... We did a marvelous science experiment where the tots added bicarb to vinegar with red food colourant inside our homemade volcano to watch it erupt! We made a great hand print Dino craft which the kiddies loved and super self expressive dino paintings.

The new mud pie kitchen is a real hit! I see loads of super imaginative play cooking happening ;)
